Construction of the first stage of Solitary Islands Village commenced in late 2018. A display villa is open for inspection which can be arranged on request.
The Solitary Islands Villas consists of 34 villas with a community cottage.
The Solitary Islands Restaurant is a public restaurant with eatery facilities to meet residents needs.
The Cottage will be the heart of the Village and the ideal place for bringing residents together. Designed as the community gathering point, it will have a public lounge with community, kitchen and BBQ facilities. These facilities will be available to the residents and their guests.
The office for the Villas will initially be located within the Cottage.
The Cottage will also offer a designated area for an allied healthcare professional to provide assistance to residents.
A permanent manager and permanent maintenance service staff will be available on site.

Monitored security services. Each villa will be fitted with monitored emergency contact alarms should guests require urgent medical or other assistance. The Village grounds will also have monitored security CCTV.
Free community bus to provide guests with daily access to shops and services in Woolgoolga for their everyday conveniences. The bus will also provide excursion services for residents, enabling them to explore the local region and develop friendships within the community.
Easy access to the local public bus service with a bus stop located conveniently outside the Village. This bus stop will be constructed specifically by the Village for its residents.
